Charlie David

Charlie David grew up in small town Saskatchewan, playing road hockey, building forts, and spending time with his make-believe pet because his parents were cruel and wouldn't buy him a real one. In desperation, he tied a ball to a string and would pull it around everywhere he went whistling, "Here boy, good dog!" Imagination is still the key to his happiness and Charlie considers himself a storyteller, namely: actor, writer, and producer.

Charlie has hosted for E! Television, NBC, and Life Network on such shows as FYE!, SpyTV, and Crash Test Mommy. He has been the subject of documentaries on the Learning Channel and BBC in the UK and has appeared as musical guest on VH1, E!, CBS's The Early Show, and dozens of radio shows. Charlie's writing has been published by National Youth Ambassador and BoyCrazy! Magazines. The latter culminated in a guest appearance on NBC's The Other Half with Dick Clark, Danny Bonaduce, and Mario Lopez.

Formerly in a rock band... okay, actually it was a boy band, Charlie opened for Destiny's Child, Pink, Snoop Dogg, Rick Springfield, No Authority, Blaque and Black Eyed Peas. The band also sang the national anthem at several NBA and NCAA games in Las Vegas, Los Angeles, and Salt Lake City. Having enjoyed life on the road with music and modeling contracts across North America, Charlie is now focused on film and TV with recent roles on Showtime's Reefer Madness, recurring on Movie Central/Movie Channel's new series, Terminal City and starring in Regent Entertainment's Dante's Cove.

Charlie balances his creative side with business so he's not one of those "crazy artist types" and is excited to have recently opened a second company with co-owners Linda Carter and Roland Radu, Rubber Ducky Films Ltd.

He is a graduate of the Canadian College of Performing Arts and currently resides in Vancouver, British Columbia. He is 24 years old.
