Season 1 Episode 23 to 26

 23 - Brighton

Bump! jumps across the big puddle to explore Cool Britannia! In our first U.K. stop we visit the cheerful seaside resort Brighton. This saucy town has a reputation as the place where horny Londoners would bring along their "bit on the side" and hideaway for a naughty weekend. We start our tour on the boardwalk at the colourful Brighton Pier, where Shannon takes a spin on the carnival rides and nearly tosses her cookies! Next, we head over to the local gay café, to get our bearings and also pick up some "toys" to play with. Carrying on in shopping mode, we stop by a couple of stores that might strike the fancy of our more immodest viewers. The Brighton Museum also beckons, where we take in an exhibit on gay and lesbian history and culture. And we get to traipse through a "real Queen's" opulent summer palace. From there, it's onto some of Brighton's trendy eateries and as dusk turns to dark, we end off our tour carousing at several gay hotspots.

 24 - Manchester

"There's n'owt queer as folk!" Manchester is a city whose great industrial past belies its newfound status as a major gay hotspot. Brought to prominence as the setting for the groundbreaking hit TV series "Queer As Folk", Manchester now teems with gay bars, shops, restaurants and hotels. We begin this episode of Bump! with a stroll down festive Canal Street, which is party-central, the heart of the gay village. Each summer Manchester throws a huge party - Gayfest. Join in as thousands of gay and lesbian Mancurians whoop it up in the streets, in the parks, just about everywhere! Luckily Bump! is also on hand to catch the boys strutting their stuff in the Mr. Gay U.K. pageant. History buffs will appreciate learning how Manchester rebuilt itself after nearly being destroyed by bombs in WWII, as well as being the birthplace of the modern womens' suffrage movement (you go grrrl!). And, we'll show you some very cool gay guesthouses, restaurants, bars and clubs - you'll really see why Manchester is so "right now".

 25 & 26 - London

London is one of the great cosmopolitan cities of the world - this major capital also fairly crackles with it's vibrant queer scene - we spent a couple of breathless episodes trying to take it all in!

In Part One, we walk, walk some more, and then, keep on walking, as there are hundreds of tours you can take. Shannon trips around town, checking out the major sights - Buckingham Palace, Gay SoHo, Piccadilly Circus, to name a few. Graham Norton, Britain's most popular (and gay) talk show host shares a few bon mots and his favourite gay spots with us. We learn about Oscar Wilde's meteoric rise and fall in London society, before we drop in at one of our usual fave spots - the local gay gym. Lastly, a peek at London's gay Mardi Gras and then bargain hunting at Bermondsey Market before we get to soak our tender tootsies!

In Part Two, Shannon's on a tear again, smelling the roses at some of the majestic gardens dotting the city, including Hampstead Heath, popular with both gays and lesbians for their men-only and women-only pools. Then onto the West End Theatre district where we meet up with gay icon Boy George, who gives us his take on London's gay scene. Need to find out what's going on? We meet up with the folks from Gay Times, Europe's leading gay magazine. Find out where to shop, eat and sleep before heading out for a night on the town. First, for the grrrls, Shannon goes on a lesbian bar hopping tour before staggering onto the clubs and bars where the poofters hang out and shake their booties.
